Registration

• Art Activation Mending Table: 2-5 pm
  Helping to run the mending table. We'll have various embroidery threads, fabric scraps and needles for fun with some visible mending. Preference for folks with experience in mending practices to share your expertise with the community.
• Event Set Up: 12-2pm
  Helping to set up all the different art stations, the dining tables and chairs, tents, and trash and recycling receptacles.
• Event Tear Down: 7-8 pm
  Helping take down the tables, chairs, tents and activity stations; gathering the trash and recycling; and making sure the streets are cleared.
• Food Service: 3-6 pm
  Helping with setting up the food service station, food labeling, and serving the meal.
• Frogtown Farm Produce Table
  Helping distribute produce from Frogtown Farms.
• Game Table
  help with chess and any other board games.
• Kitchen Cleanup: 6-8 pm
  Helping with tearing down the serving stations, washing dishes, and cleaning the City Food Studio kitchen.
• Seed Art Activation Table: 2-5 pm
  Helping folks at the seed art-making table. We'll have all the supplies and templates to guide the activity.
• Trash and Recycling: 2-6 pm
  Throughout the event, keeping trash off the ground, monitoring the trash and recycling, and changing out the receptacles as needed.
