Torch Time is available to people who have taken a CAFAC flamework class. Keep your flamework chops up with regular Torch Time and share studio time with your fellow artisans! You supply the consumables (glass, mandrels, and bead release) and CAFAC will supply the torches and tools. We have space for up to six artisans, so sign up today to reserve your spot at the torch! | $30

Instructor: Mary Ila Duntemann creates art glass beads inspired by the colors, textures and patterns that surround her in the natural and human-made landscape. She captures these influences in molten glass, working each unique piece by hand using traditional methods. She is primarily self-taught but has studied with Kristina Logan at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY and Aja Vaz, Holly Cooper & Amy Waldman at the Third Degree Glass Factory in St Louis, MO. She exhibits at regional art shows including the St Anthony Park Art Fair, Grand Marais Arts Festival and the Powderhorn Art Fair.
