Classes  >>  SPARC

SPARC is for students and artists that have intermediate to advanced skills in a particular program area. Once you've completed the SPARC test-out process, you're able to access to the shop on particular days and times over the course of a quarter, for a very reasonable cost. Supervision is provided during SPARC hours, but you'll work completely independently on personal projects.

Upcoming classes

    • 31 Mar 2020
    • 3749 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN

If you've taken a series of classes at CAFAC or you're an experienced artist/craftsperson who's been working on you own, SPARC provides access to the shop and the equipment and tools for a specific program area (you provide your own materials for your projects). Supervision is provided during SPARC hours, but SPARCers work independently on personal projects.

SPARCers have to demonstrate their ability to work safely and competently in their chosen program area by completing a test-out process with a program instructor or the Artistic Director. Please get in touch with us schedule your test-out before you register for SPARC.
